Is Ludenza free?
Yes, completely free and ad-free. You can support it if you'd like, but every feature is free.
How do I sign in?
One click through Steam (OpenID). No password, and Ludenza only reads your public Steam data.
My library shows up empty. How do I fix it?
Steam's “Game details” privacy is separate from your profile being public. Set Game details to Public in your Steam privacy settings, then sync again.
How does Ludenza know how far I am in a game?
It compares your playtime to how long the game takes to finish. Achievements are tracked separately, and multiplayer games (which never really end) show co-op or versus time instead of a progress bar.
Is my data private?
Your Ludenza profile is private by default. You choose whether to share a public page, and it only ever reflects your public Steam data.
What is a Steam backlog tracker?
It turns your Steam library into a clear picture of what you're playing, what you've finished, and what's still waiting — so you can decide what to play instead of endlessly scrolling. Ludenza builds it automatically from your real playtime and how long games take to beat.
How does Ludenza decide a game is completed?
It compares your playtime to how long the game takes to finish (from HowLongToBeat) and marks it completed once you've clearly beaten it. You can set any status yourself, and multiplayer games — which never really end — are tracked by hours instead of a finish line.
Can I compare my library with a friend?
Yes. Pick any friend on Steam and instantly see co-op games you both own but neither has started, and compare hours played and completion side by side — even if they've never used Ludenza.
Can I export my library?
Yes. Download your whole library — games, statuses, notes, playtime and progress — as a JSON file anytime from Settings. Your data is yours to keep.
Does it work with GOG or Epic?
Steam only for now. Other stores may come later.
